Collect Documents using E-Sign Contracts

Collecting documents from customers via E-Sign Contracts

Setup attach documents like insurance, vessel / vehicle registration, and driver's licenses when e-signing contracts. This eliminates the need for separate email submissions.

Users can include all necessary documents in a single file. You can also require specific attachments during the e-signature process.

To enable and require attachments:

  • Navigate to System Settings β†’ Contracts.

  • Edit the contract.

  • Toggle on E-Sign Enable Attachments and E-Sign Attachments Required.

To find the attached documents, they can be found in the reservation attachments.
