Welcome customers with the arrival/departure dashboard. Manage arrivals and departures on one screen.
Filter by Date
Within the dashboard, you can view arrivals/departures for a selected day. The screen will always default to todays date.
Select the day you would like to view from the calendar located on the header ribbon.
You can also select Prev or Next buttons to view days forward or ahead.
Filter by Booking Type
Within the dashboard, you can view arrivals/departures by booking type. If your marina has moorage, boatyard, and dry rack these booking types can be selected for a more granular view of arrival/departures.
Select the Booking Type drop down arrow located on the header ribbon and click on the type you would like to filter.
Manage Arrivals
The arrivals are displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. From left to right you can view the booking number, customer name, product, space, status of booking, special request, and contract signed. The following actions can be taken from the arrival screen edit status, edit booking, and print contract.
Update Status
Select the three dots on the booking you wish to update the status.
Click on the next status i.e. Check In to update the booking.
Sharper has 5 default statuses. Sharper has the ability to create custom statuses.
Reserved status - the customer has reserved this space, however there has been no deposit or money exchanged. If no deposit is required booking will automatically be placed in Confirmed status.
Confirmed status - the customer has given deposit.
Checked In - the customer has arrived to the property.
Checked Out - the customer has departed from the property.
Canceled - the customer or property have canceled the booking prior to arriving.
Review Special Request
Hover the mouse over the icon located next to the Status.
An information box will display the special request from the customer during online booking.
Review E-Sign Contracts Status
If the booking requires electronic signature, the user can confirm if the customer has signed all required documents prior to arrival, and if not can print the contracts to have signed.
If the contract has been signed by the customer the
icon will appear on the booking.
Hover the mouse over the
located next to the Status to review when the contract was signed.
Update Reservation
Select the three dots on the booking you wish to update.
Click on the Edit button.
User can also select the booking number or customer to open the reservation. From the reservation screen user can update the booking.
Manage Departures
The departures are displayed on the right-hand side of the screen. From left to right you can view the booking number, customer name, product, space, status of booking, special request, and contract signed. The following actions can be taken from the departure screen edit status, edit booking, and print contract.
Update Status
Select the three dots on the booking you wish to update the status.
