Report preview

When duplicating a report to modify criteria, you now have the option to preview the report to verify that it is extracting the correct fields. This eliminates the need to search for the recently created report in order to execute the data retrieval process. Access the report directly from the report designer.

CC Email Option for Reports

You can now include CC email addresses when generating customer email list reports. This enhancement allows you to create comprehensive email lists for exporting and importing into Constant Contact, ensuring all relevant email addresses, including CC emails, are captured. To add CC emails to your report, navigate to Reports -> CRM -> Build Customer Lists and include the CC email field in your report criteria.

Date Recording for Cancelled Reservations

Track cancellations more effectively by automatically recording the date when a reservation is canceled. This enhancement addresses issues with staff canceling reservations within the non-refundable period without charging the customer, providing a clear audit trail and improving accountability.

Report that includes Rate Plan

We've enhanced our reporting capabilities by introducing a new filtering option based on Rate Plans. This update allows you to generate detailed reports that include boats stored by rate plan, making it easier than ever to identify and manage your reservations.

Email Signature Templates

Email Signature Templates enhance your email communication by allowing you to create and apply pre-populated signatures, similar to those in Outlook. This feature streamlines your email process by automatically inserting personalized signatures when composing emails, ensuring consistency and professionalism without the need for manual entry.

Mass Check-in Reservation

Streamline the check-in process for large volumes of reservations starting on the same day. On the reservations tab, utilize the multi-select box to enable the "Check-in" option at the top, allowing all reservations with a confirmed status to be checked in simultaneously.

Notes While Hovering on Occupancy in Availability Chart

Enhance your workflow with internal notes visibility directly on the tape chart. Now, hovering over each reservation will display "Internal notes" instead of the check-in and departure times, which are already present on the chart. This adjustment provides quick access to important details without navigating away from the tape chart.

Print Log Filter

Introducing the Print Log Filter, a feature that enhances the usability of print logs by enabling you to filter entries based on specific criteria. With this addition, you can effortlessly narrow down search results to find relevant print log entries, saving time and improving efficiency. Access the filter options directly from the print log interface.

Add People Requirements to Campground Booking

Counties often enforce limits on the number of individuals staying at a campsite or cabin due to septic tank capacities and fire codes. To comply, we have added the capability to include People as a requirement in the campground module, mirroring the functionality in the booking module. Additionally, users can now view the number of people selected by customers during the reservation process. This information will be visible on the reservation card and within the reservation interface, enhancing verification and ensuring compliance.

Service Fee Toggle

The service fee field has been enhanced with a new toggle feature, allowing users to turn the fee on or off for directly editing the amount. This prevents overcharging by restricting manual input. The toggle functionality has been implemented across all payment screens to ensure consistency and user control.

Dashboard Balance Due Notice

We have incorporated an icon similar to the special request icon into the dashboard for the departing today list. When a reservation has an outstanding balance, the icon appears in red; whereas, for special requests, the icon is displayed in orange. Additionally, a tooltip displaying the balance appears upon hovering over the icon.

ACH vs Check Payment Types

Introducing the ability to distinguish between ACH payments and standard checks within the payments module. This enhancement is designed to streamline your financial workflows by clearly identifying payment types, thereby making reconciliation processes more efficient and intuitive.

Product Upgrades

When modifying a reservation to a different product, a new prompt will inquire whether the upgrade entails an additional fee or if it is a complimentary upgrade. In the case of complimentary upgrades, you have the option to maintain the current price, and the system will refrain from adjusting the pricing according to the newly chosen product. This enhancement simplifies the procedure and eradicates the need for manual adjustments, guaranteeing precise billing for all reservations.

Temporary Departures and Status Report

Introducing a new report feature that lets you track boats with temporary departures as well as those in custom status in your marina. Easily monitor the movement and current state of your fleet with this intuitive report, providing a streamlined way to manage custom statuses at a glance.

View Customer Info When Reviewing Vessels

Now, when searching for a vessel, you can effortlessly access customer contact details or link directly to the customer's file, not just their name. Similarly, when viewing a customer with an associated vessel or booking reservation, you can conveniently see and click on the relevant information.

Meter Reading Report

Generate meter reading reports that include Space numbers alongside the invoice dates for all customers. This enhancement allows you to view customer names and their respective slip numbers in a single report, providing a comprehensive view for better management and tracking of meter readings.

Cancellations Report

The Cancellations Report feature provides a comprehensive overview of cancellation trends and their impact on bookings. This enhancement enables you to analyze cancellation reasons, identify seasonal patterns, and assess the financial implications of cancellations.

Return & Retain Report

This feature allows you to generate a report for retained and refunded deposits from reservations, enhancing transparency and simplifying the tracking of financial transactions linked to each customer.

Journal Entry Report

This feature enables you to run a report or search for journal entries impacting customer accounts, providing greater transparency and ease in tracking financial transactions associated with each customer.

Contract Report

Generate reports to show contracts sent within a specific date range and their signing status. This feature provides a comprehensive audit log of contract activities, ensuring clear tracking and accountability. Easily determine if contracts have been signed or are still pending, helping manage contract workflows more efficiently.
