Promotional message for online booking

This enhancement involves updating the online booking to include a promotional message clearly showcase promotional items and grab the customers attention for available option. This improved functionality aims to increase visibility of additional booking products for your guest.

Product Reports Enhancement

Marinas now have access to a robust item list report, perfect for those not utilizing QuickBooks. This enhancement provides a comprehensive view of items and associated income accounts. Effortlessly review and manage your item data with this streamlined reporting feature. Product reports are available in POS, Marina, Booking, and Campground module reporting.

Price Adjustment Restrictions

Implemented restrictions now ensure only one discount can be applied per reservation, preventing multiple discounts from being selected and inadvertently by users. This enhancement reinforces pricing integrity and supports consistent application of discount policies, aiding staff in accurate reservation management. You can find this feature setting in System Settings → Roles.

Attach Documents to E-sign Contracts

The ability to attach documents such as insurance cards and driver's licenses while e-signing contracts is now available, eliminating the need for separate email submissions. Users can ensure all necessary documents are included in a single file and have the option to require specific attachments during the e-signature process. To turn on attachments and mark them mandatory for customers to include, navigate to System Settings → Contracts → Edit the contract → Toggle on E-Sign Enable Attachments and E-Sign Attachments Required. The documents can be found on the reservation attachments.

Copy and Filter for Templates

The new copy function for templates simplifies the process of creating marketing emails by allowing users to duplicate templates easily, similar to the report copy function. Additionally, the introduction of a filter allows you to search templates by type, making it easier to find the right template as the list grows. This enhances efficiency and streamlines template management for all users. Select the three dots on the template you would like to copy.

Filter Reports Enhancement

Enhance your reporting efficiency with the new funnel filter. This feature enables quick filtering of reports by user or report type, allowing you to swiftly navigate through various user-created reports and specific report categories. Access this feature via the filtering options in the report section and streamline your data review process.

Free Form Description Field on Credit Memos

A free form description field has been added to each line item on credit memos, similar to what is available on invoices. This feature provides flexibility in detailing credit adjustments, enhancing the clarity and specificity of transaction records. Users can now provide tailored descriptions for individual line items, ensuring comprehensive documentation and better communication regarding credit transactions.

Vessel Attachment Editing

We've enhanced the vessel attachment feature by enabling the "Edit" option within the action menu, accessible via the three dots. This update allows you to modify the document types for files that have already been uploaded, providing greater flexibility and control over document classifications.

Email Docs Option Enhancement

Email Docs in CRM settings can now be dynamically adjusted based on user permissions. This enhancement ensures that only authorized users have access, reducing errors and streamlining workflow efficiency.

Departure Date Visibility

To enhance user efficiency, the departure date in reservations is now prominently displayed within the reservation details. Previously, users had to exit the reservation, access the dashboard, and input the date to view it. With this update, the departure date is accessible directly within the reservation, reducing the need to switch between screens and decreasing the likelihood of errors, thereby streamlining the reservation management process.

Email Refund Receipt

Customers require email notifications upon cancellation or refund. Users can now print and email refunds if the customer desires so. Templates do have to be created for the email function to work properly. Please put in request and Sharper will gladly help setup the email templates.

View Customer Info When Reviewing Vessels

Now, when searching for a vessel, you can effortlessly access customer contact details or link directly to the customer's file, not just their name. Similarly, when viewing a customer with an associated vessel or booking reservation, you can conveniently see and click on the relevant information.

Meter Readings Report

Swiftly generate and access critical reports with our enhanced reporting capabilities. This feature allows teams to quickly compile data and insights, ensuring timely decision-making and efficient follow-up on project tasks. Simply navigate to the Reports → Marina or Campground → Add New → Meter Readings report type.

Bookings Cancellations Report

The Cancellations Report feature provides a comprehensive overview of cancellation trends and their impact on bookings. This enhancement enables you to analyze cancellation reasons, identify seasonal patterns, and assess the financial implications of cancellations. Use this report to uncover actionable insights and make informed decisions to minimize future cancellations and improve guest satisfaction.

Contract Void Option

Users can void contracts, a role-based function requiring company admin approval. This action updates contract reporting. To void a contract, click the three dots by the relevant contract and select Void. Voiding is a prerequisite to deleting a contract; afterwards, the delete option will appear in the three-dot menu.

Deposit Bounced Check Handling

Now, when a deposit check bounces, the system reopens the deposit for payment in the booking. This update ensures that another deposit can be taken and the journal entry will automatically debit the deposit, preventing any balance issues.

Booking Policies

We've enhanced our tax calculation on deposits to provide more flexibility. Previously, tax was only calculated on full payments marked with the "included tax" flag. Now, tax can be included for one day, 50%, or the cost of one night, ensuring more accurate accounting for varied deposit structures. All tax calculated will still be directed to the deposit liability account.

Authorized Payment Default Amount

Authorized payments now display a default amount specific to the selected product, improving efficiency by eliminating the need to manually adjust the default $1 value each time. Configurable under the Products Booking Setup, this update is available for booking, marina, and campground products. If left null, the default remains $1. Additionally, receipts can now be printed automatically upon payment authorization.

Enhanced Reporting Options

We have expanded our reporting capabilities to include categorization of open accounts receivable by booking type. This update ensures that you can easily align reports with your specific needs, offering greater flexibility for financial tracking and analysis. Users can now access open balance options in Invoice Detail reports and select booking or income categories in Balance Detail and Invoice reports. Effortlessly customize and generate reports that meet your exact requirements.

Notes have been added to Reports

Introducing the revamped report generation feature in Marinas, now capable of detailing internal, external, and special requests on reservations. This enhancement allows users to seamlessly generate comprehensive report to management of all aspects of reservation requests.

Additional Variables in Contracts

Enhance your contract management with newly added variables to streamline data entry for the upcoming season. Users can now include information such as Registration Number, Serial Number, Trailer Description, Trailer Tag Number, Insurance Company, Insurance Expiration Date, Insurance Policy Number, and Current Space, giving you more flexibility and precision in your contracts. These variables ensure crucial details are easily accessible and auto-filled, saving time and reducing errors.
