Attachment Types

Attachment types enable users to categorize files related to customers, vessels, and reservations effectively. To see the process of uploading attachments please visit here: Attachments

Attachment Type Setup

  1. Access System Settings from the left-hand navigation pane.

  2. Select the Attachment Types tile.

  3. Click on the Add New button at the top right.

  4. Provide a Name for your type.

  5. Choose the relevant Entity where the attachment type should be visible. For instance, selecting the Customer entity will display this attachment type exclusively in the CRM-> Customers section.
