Attachment types enable users to categorize files related to customers, vessels, and reservations effectively. To see the process of uploading attachments please visit here: Attachments
Attachment Type Setup
Access System Settings from the left-hand navigation pane.
Select the Attachment Types tile.
Click on the Add New button at the top right.
Provide a Name for your type.
Choose the relevant Entity where the attachment type should be visible. For instance, selecting the Customer entity will display this attachment type exclusively in the CRM-> Customers section.
