Single Date Search
Utilize the single-date search option for online bookings if your products are offered on a daily or hourly basis. This will help eliminate any confusion for customers when multiple days are selected.
\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions
Navigate to Booking module from the navigation pane.
Select Settings from the menu ribbon.
Select the Booking Type.
Select the Booking Type to update the single date picker.
Toggle on Single Date Search.
Click Save.
Settlement Optimization
We have optimized the settlement reports in Accounting, resulting in a decrease in the amount of time it takes to run the reports.
Save Search and Filter
When you select the back button, your search and filters are saved, eliminating the need to reset the filters each time.
Transient Folio
Send guest an intuitive stay folio which provides a transparent view of all charges and payments during their stay. This will increase guest satisfaction and streamline the billing process for you property.
\uD83D\uDCD8 Sending/Printing a Transient Folio
A Transient Folio template will need to be created prior to use. Contact us to help with the creation of your folio.
From the Reservation screen (Marina, Campground, and/or Bookings) select the customer’s reservation you wish to send a transient folio.
Click the Option button.
Select Email Transient Folio. You may also choose Print Transient Folio if the customer wants a hard copy.
