Contract Reports - Expanded Reporting Variables
We’ve added many of the Reservation variables to Contract Reports across all modules, making it easier to analyze contract and reservation data together without exporting and cross-referencing multiple reports.
Preparing for New Customer Support Tools
We’ve completed backend enhancements to support the upcoming rollout of new in-platform customer support tools. While you won’t see visible changes yet, this work lays the foundation for a more streamlined support experience within Sharper. More to come soon!

Reservation Reports - Contract Expiration Date Variable Update
In release v2.15.3, we added the ‘Contract Expiration Date’ variable to reservation reports across all modules. In some cases, older contract expiration dates were appearing when not expected. With this update, the variable has been refined to display only the expiration date of the most recent, active contract associated with a customer’s reservation, within the Reservation Reports. To see a full contract history for customers, use Contract Reports.
Grey Screen during Revenue Recognition Workflow
We resolved an issue where users could encounter a grey screen when attempting to override an income date during revenue recognition. This occurred in specific cases where a closing date was not present. The system now handles this scenario correctly, allowing revenue overrides to function as expected.
