You can now pay required security deposits even if your reservation has already been invoiced, making it easier to complete your booking online.
Report Update – Column Header Display
Report column headers will now adjust to fit their content, preventing names from being cut off and improving readability.
Reservation Cancellation Restriction
Users can no longer cancel reservations that have already been checked out if the checkout date falls within a closed accounting period, preventing potential accounting issues.
Advanced Pricing Calendar Update
Users can now view previous years in the Advanced Pricing Calendar even if the current year's calendar hasn't been added, improving UX and allowing reference of past data while building future calendars.
Resolved Issues
Z-Out Report Update – Refund Payment Types
Refunds will now correctly display their original payment type in the Z-Out report, so credit card refunds and other types are accurately reflected instead of showing as House Account.
Space Import
When importing spaces in bulk, space constraints will now correctly upload and save, ensuring all imported data is applied as expected.
System Settings – Typo Fix
A minor typo in System Settings was corrected by adding a missing space after "View," for both the Templates and Contracts sections.
Folio Reservation ID & Invoice Date Fix
Updated the reservation folio so that the Reservation # displayed shows the actual Reservation ID (e.g., 5000012) instead of the internal database ID, making it meaningful for customers.
Updated the reservation folio to display the invoice date instead of the created date, ensuring the date shown matches the customer-facing invoice.
QBO: Invoice Import Fix – Convert to Transient
Fix ensures that using the Convert to Transient tool in POS > Products no longer breaks product mappings between Sharper and QuickBooks Online. Previously, duplicates caused invoice imports to fail; now, transient products correctly maintain QBO links so invoices import successfully.
