We’ve added the ‘Contract Expiration Date’ variable to reservation reports across all modules, making it easy to see when the most recent contract tied to a reservation expires. This variable will only display the expiration date from the most recent, active contract associated with a reservation. If a contract has multiple versions, the highest version number will appear in the reports.

We’ve added a new ‘Product Category Name’ variable to occupancy reports across all modules, making it easier to analyze occupancy by product type and category.

We’ve also added new customer name variables — Res First Name, Res Last Name, and Res Customer Name — to occupancy reports for more detailed customer-level reporting. Guest bookings are clearly labeled with a “(guest)” suffix.

We corrected a reporting issue that could cause invalid date ranges in reports and dashboards. Reports and dashboards now calculate dates correctly and run reliably across all time periods.

We fixed an issue where retaining a deposit could fail if a reservation did not have a space assigned. Retain actions now work smoothly for all applicable reservations.

We resolved an issue where credit cards couldn’t be saved when using free-form addresses without a state selected. Cards can now be added successfully based on your address settings.
