Enhancements
Added Reservation ID to Booking Occupancy Report
We’ve updated the Booking Occupancy report to include a new Reservation ID field.
This enhancement makes it easier to identify and track individual reservations directly from the report, improving clarity and reducing the need to cross-reference other data sources.
Resolved Issues
Invoice Import Now Correctly Applies Line Item Pricing
We’ve resolved an issue where imported invoices showed a total of $0 on the View Invoice page when the Subtotal column in the import file was left empty. This happened because the product line item did not receive a price during import.
Corrected Rounding in Settlement Details Report
We’ve fixed an issue where the Total column in the Settlement Details report was not rounded correctly. This sometimes resulted in values displaying with unexpected precision or slight inconsistencies.
Corrected “Paid” Status on Overpaid Reservations
We’ve fixed an issue where a reservation was incorrectly marked as Paid even when funds still needed to be retained due to an overpayment.
Service Fee Invoice Now Shows Correct “Paid” Status
We’ve resolved an issue where service fee invoices were incorrectly showing a status of “Open” and an Amount Paid of $0, even though they were already fully paid.
This occurred when an invoice was paid in a closed period, which correctly generated a new service fee invoice — but that new invoice did not properly inherit the payment status or amount. The system now correctly marks these service fee invoices as “Paid” with the accurate payment amount, ensuring consistent and trustworthy financial reporting.
