Units are managed in the Booking module. To prevent units from being booked, you can choose to blackout units for a certain time period. Follow the steps below to create unit blackouts.
Creating Blackout Units
Navigate to the Booking module.
From the menu ribbon select the Settings button.
Click the Unit Blackouts tile.
Select the Add New button.
Fill out the form using the field table shown below.
Field Name | Description |
Name (Required Field) | Give the blackout unit a unique identifier. |
Booking Type (Required Field) | Select the booking type for the units to display. |
Booking Units | Select the units that are affected and need to be blacked out for booking. |
Start Date | Enter the date to start the blackout period. |
Start Time | Enter the time to start the blackout period. |
End Date | Enter the date to end the blackout period. |
End Time | Enter the time to end the blackout period. |
Type (Required Field) | Select the blackout type

Map Color | Select map color if you would like different from default. (Booking module does not have maps) |
Click the Save button.
Updating Blackout Units
Navigate to the Booking module.
From the menu ribbon select the Settings button.
Click the Unit Blackouts tile.
Enter the Blackout Unit Name to update.
Click the Edit button.
Complete edits to the following fields shown below.
