All the Point Of Sale settings within your company can be customized using POS Settings. It is crucial to understand that there are various prerequisites that need to be established before initiating the configuration process, including the creation of printers and other necessary components.

Printer

Enter the configuration properties for printer where applicable:

Field Name	Description
Expediter	The Expediter printer is a designated station in the kitchen where orders are printed for the individual responsible for ensuring accurate communication of customer orders. This role involves overseeing that the service staff conveys orders correctly, as well as ensuring the cooks prepare the orders accurately and promptly. It is essential to choose the appropriate printer for the Expediter orders to be printed to.
POS Print Log	POS Print Log can be disabled, enabled, or only errors. Receipt printers are an important part of a point of sale system. If something does not print having the POS Print Log enabled or errors only will help to resolve the issue quickly to continue business as usual.
Product Name With Modifiers	Product with modifiers will print on the kitchen receipt when enabled.
Kitchen Tickets Double Spaced	When enabled lines will be double space providing the kitchen with an easier to read receipt.
Show Seats Input	Enable to show the seats on the receipts.
Prompt For Receipt	Enable if you wanted to be prompted to print receipts.
Show Customer Balance In Receipt	Enable to show customer balances on the receipt for house account and pay bill receipts.

Enter the configuration properties for discount presets where applicable. The discount presets allow you to configure up to four percentage amounts within the POS terminal for the servers to quickly select the discount. The discount can be added to the whole order or product level.

Tip Suggestions
