Effective November 1, 2025. - QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration update.
Due to a recent platform update from QuickBooks Online that limits how often apps can connect, SharperMMS has adjusted sync frequency from every 5 minutes to every 60 minutes.
NOTE: This does not affect QB Desktop or Sage
What This Means For You
This change will not affect your daily operations. All your financial data will continue to sync reliably and automatically to QBO throughout the day. You don't need to take any action.

We strongly recommend using SharperMMS as your "source of truth" for all operational transactions. This includes:
Reservations
Invoices & Prorations
Taxes
Payments
Adjustments & Credit Memos
While the sync is designed to be robust, making adjustments directly in QBO (for example, editing an invoice or deleting a payment) can create data mismatches and reconciliation issues.
To ensure your data is always accurate across both systems, please initiate all accounts receivable financial entries and adjustments from within SharperMMS.
