Improvements & Optimizations

Booking Zero Subtotal Price Adjustment

Fixed issues where reservation items with discounts could incorrectly result in negative deposit amounts or invoices showing negative totals. Deposits will no longer display as negative, and invoices with zeroed-out adjustments will now void properly.

QuickBooks Deposit Sync Error

Resolved an issue where re-syncing a deleted customer in QuickBooks could create duplicates in Sharper. Customer records now stay properly synced without duplication.

Customer State Not Saving

Fixed a bug where the State field was cleared when saving a new advanced reservation before creating the customer. All entered customer information, including State, now remains intact until the customer is created.

Analytics Revenue Accuracy

Corrected an issue where Analytics “Last Month” data included an extra day, causing revenue totals to differ from reports. Analytics now displays accurate monthly totals.

Register Closing Timeout

Improved register closing performance to prevent timeout errors. Registers now close quickly and reliably, and Z-out reports print as expected.

Invoice Negative Price Entry

Fixed a bug where entering a “-” for a negative price on invoice line items caused the screen to crash. Negative values can now be entered without issue.

Other Improvements

  • Added a payment processor response logger to help track and prevent double payment issues.
