Solution
Replicate the Issue:
The first step when receiving any customer complaint is to try replicating the issue yourself. Please simulate being a customer in Sharper's CRM -> Customers and attempt to log in on your website.
If you encounter any errors, please submit a ticket. If you don't receive an error, proceed with the solution below.
Verify Customer Email:
While resetting the password may seem like the obvious solution, it's important to consider that customers might be entering the wrong email address. When communicating with the customer, ensure that the email they are entering matches exactly with what is in their account.
Verify Customer Password:
Once the email has been verified, proceed with resetting the customer's password. This should be done in CRM -> Customers, not CRM -> Dashboard. Don't forget to save the changes. After saving, the customer may need to refresh their browser.
