How-to Fix Invoice Import From QB

Problem

The invoices are not importing from QB to Sharper. Use this article to troubleshoot invoices from QB not pushing to Sharper.

Solution

  1. Find the invoice in QuickBooks.

  2. Verify that all items on the invoice are setup and active in Sharper.

  3. If not continue to step 3.a, if so continue to step 4.

    1. Go to Accounting β†’ Accounting Sync and search for Iteminventoryimport and click the Requeue button. Run the QB web connector.

  4. Check if the tax item tied to the invoice item is setup/active in Sharper

  5. If not continue to step 5.a.

    1. Go to Accounting β†’ Accounting Sync and search for Salestaximport and click the Requeue button. Run the QB web connector.

  6. When you have completed the follow steps, requeue the Invoiceimport from the Accounting Sync log and run the web connector.
