In order to send or receive emails using Sharper, it is essential to ensure that the email address and its corresponding password are regularly updated. The availability of this feature may vary based on your role level. If you require access to this functionality, please reach out to an administrator designated for your marina.
Update the Email Address
At the bottom left-hand corner of the navigation pane select System Settings.
Select the Email Addresses tile.
Click into the email and the settings of that email will appear.

Password | Where the password is stored remains secure and inaccessible, even to administrators. It is important to note that if you modify or refresh your email password, you must also ensure to update it here within Sharper for synchronization. |
Incoming Mail Toggle | Toggle for incoming mail functionality. |
Incoming Mail Account Type | Contact admin or your marina’s IT team. |
Incoming Mail Server Address | Contact admin or your marina’s IT team. |
Incoming Mail Server Port | Contact admin or your marina’s IT team. |
Incoming Configuration String | Contact admin or your marina’s IT team. |
Outgoing Mail | Toggle for outgoing mail functionality. |
Outgoing Mail Account Type | Contact admin or your marina’s IT team. |
Outgoing Mail Server Address | Contact admin or your marina’s IT team. |
Outgoing Mail Server Port | Contact admin or your marina’s IT team. |
Outgoing Mail Encryption | Contact admin or your marina’s IT team. |
Make any needed changes here and hit Save.
