β
Sending the Customer Marketing Email
Once you have created the marketing template in Sharper please follow these steps to send the email.
Using the Navigation pane on the left select CRM.
Click on Customers using the ribbon at the top.
On the top right hand side of your screen, select Marketing Email.
Once selected, 3 fields and a toggle will appear on the right side of the screen.
Field | Function |
Marketing Template | Selects the Marketing email created in System Settings-> Templates. |
Customer | Select individual customers to send the email to. It is highly recommended to send yourself the template first as a way to check for errors. |
Customer List Report | Includes a list of reports, when a report is selected all names that would appear on that report will receive an email. Please run the report beforehand if you wish to check the names which will receive it. |
Include Bcc Toggle | In the template setting there is a field for the Bcc email. When this toggle is turned on all emails will be sent to the customers as well as to that Bcc email. |
In the lower right hand corner click Send.
